Update Flavor Category

PUT 
/admin_api/v1/flavor_categories/:id

Replaces the whole category — send every field you want to keep. An omitted flavors or flavor_attributes empties that list, and an omitted bare_metal or kubernetes resets it to false. Rejected with 400 if one of its flavors is already assigned to a category of the opposite kind.
