List Cloud Resources

GET 
/admin_api/v1/cloud_resources

Returns cloud resources, optionally filtered by project, organization, external service and type. With no filter it lists every cloud resource (paginated). The data payload of each resource is type-specific — see the CloudResource schema for the per-type shape.
