Get Flavor Catalog

/admin_api/v1/flavors/catalog

Returns every flavor the platform offers, with an estimated cost per hour and per month.

The optional parameters identify who is being quoted: each one resolves to a billing profile, which decides the price plans that apply (the profile's scoped plans, plus the public ones when its configuration includes them) and the currency. They do not narrow which flavors are returned. The most specific one wins: billing_profile_id, then project_id, then openstack_project_id, then organization_id. Naming a tenant that has no billing profile is an error rather than a quiet fall back to list prices; pass none of them to get list prices.

Results are grouped by cloud and region: flavor names repeat across clouds, so a flavor is only identifiable together with the (service_id, region) it came from.
