Resume a Billing Profile

POST 
/admin_api/v1/billing_profiles/:id/resume

Suitable for Billing Profiles having status SUSPENDED. It doesn't have any effect for other statuses. To activate a new billing profile, please use the activate API. Resumes the Billing Profile and all the underlying projects and cloud resources.
