Osie 23.10.3 improvements and bugfixes

This release mainly contains a couple of improvements and bugfixes for increasing the overall stability and reliability of the platform.

Osie 23.10.3 is now available and ready to be installed.
Here are some of the notable changes in this release:

Always allow creating volume snapshots and backups by using the “force” flags. This removes the error where volumes that are “in-use” can’t be snapshotted or backed up.
Better handling of expired Keystone tokens. We improved the retrial mechanism when Keystone tokens expires and now Osie is able to handle also tokens that expire before their declared expiration date (i.e. when Keystone tokens are flushed periodically by the operator)
Fixed some visual bugs related to the image groups when creating a new server in the customer dashboard.

We always recommend to upgrade to the latest release.
For upgrading, follow the upgrade procedure as usual.
